frog legs
- 5 lb cut frog legs
- 4 eggs
- 2 1/2 cup flour
- 2 1/2 tsp milk
- perheat oil to 350
- best results in deep frying
- batter legs in eggs with milk
- batter legs in flour
- deep fry for 10 mins depending on size of legs
- when fried long enough u can crisp the leg & tastes better
