Oriental Roast Chicken
- 1700 g whole chickens
- 100 g chiu chow chili paste
- 50 g chili bean sauce
- 30 ml dark soy sauce
- 50 ml chinkjang vinegar
- 30 g sugar
- Deforze the Chicken in fridge.
- Wash and trim drain it to dry.
- Mix all ingredients in bowl.
- Rab all the ingredient in and out of the chicken.
- Place in Chiller for 24 hr.
- Bring out the chicken leave it for 15 min.
- Perpare the oven to 150c.
- Place the chicken in the rack and roast it for 45 min.
- Serve it with your own side dish.
