Creamy Fudge

  1. Lightly grease foil-lined 13x9-inch pan; set aside.
  2. Mix sugar, margarine, milk and marshmallows in medium saucepan.
  3. Cook over medium heat until mixture comes to boil, stirring constantly.
  4. Boil 5 minutes, stirring.
  5. Stir in chopped chocolate and vanilla; cook until chocolate is completely melted, stirring constantly.
  6. Stir in walnuts.
  7. Immediately spread into prepared pan.
  8. Refrigerate overnight.
  9. Cut into 1-inch squares.
  10. Store in airtight container in refrigerator.
