Russian Beef Recipe

  1. Cook onion and garlic in oil till soft in 10 inch skillet over low heat.
  2. Add in round steak and brown.
  3. Add in mushrooms with liquid, lowfat sour cream, tomato sauce, bouillon, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce.
  4. Cover and cook over low heat for about two hrs.
  5. Mix together flour and water, and stir into meat gravy to thicken.
  6. Serve with warm cooked noodles or possibly mashed potatoes.
