Blueberry Muffins Recipe

  1. Sift flour, baking pwdr and salt together twice.
  2. Cream butter and sugar substitute till smooth.
  3. Stir vanilla into lowfat milk then add in to butter mix.
  4. Stir in flour mix.
  5. Mix in beaten egg and then blueberries.
  6. Bake in a lightly oiled muffin tin for 25 min at 425 degrees.
  7. May substitute 2 medium apples, peeled and minced for blueberries.
  8. Add in 1/4 tsp.
  9. cinnamon.
