Fruit Milk Shake- Low Cal/Low Fat/ High Protein/No Sugar Added

  1. Pour milk into blender.
  2. add yogurt, fruit and protein powder.
  3. blend until a shake is smooth.
  4. add more frozen fruit if the shake is too liquidy.
