Pork tenderloin with plum sauce
- 2 tsp Garlic salt
- 2 tsp Poultry seasoning
- 1 tsp Ground black pepper
- 1 1/2 lb Pork tenderloin
- 2 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 cup white wine
- 1/2 cup Chinese style plum sauce
- 1 tbsp Cornstarch
- in a small bowl stir together garlic salt poultry seasoning a black pepper.
- season all sides of tenderloin and set aside.
- add white wine, plum sauce, and cornstarch to slow cooker.
- whisk together and place tenderloins into cooker and sprinkle remaining spice rub over the top.
- cook on high for 4 hours.
- let tenderloin rest 25 to 30 minutes before slicing.
- Slice half inch thick slices at an angle.
