Choco Peanut Butter Balls Recipe

  1. Heat peanut butter and butter in a saucepan over low heat; stir in vanilla and remove from heat.
  2. Add in powdered sugar; mix well and shape into 1 inch balls.
  3. Heat chocolate coating over very low heat and dip each ball into chocolate to coat.
  4. Cold on waxed paper.
  5. Reheat chocolate coating if it thickens.
  6. Yield: 9 dozen.
