Meat Loaf With A New Taste Recipe

  1. Beat egg lightly; mix with lowfat milk, onion, salt, pepper, Worcestershire, mustard and crumbs.
  2. Allow to stand about 5 min.
  3. Fold in beef.
  4. Pack half of meat mix into loaf-sized buttered baking dish (about 8 x 4 x 3 inch).
  5. Arrange the 4 hard cooked Large eggs (whole) lengthwise over meat in zigzag fashion; pack in remaining meat mix.
  6. Bake in moderate oven 50 to 60 min.
  7. Allow to stand for about 5 min.
  8. Turn out and slice.
  9. Serves 4 to 6.
