Creamy Chestnut Cranberry Ice Cream

• 200 g chestnuts (cooked, pureed)
• 150 ml milk
• 100 ml cream
• 3 tablespoons brown sugar
• vanilla extract
• 2 -3 tablespoons cranberry jam
• 2 tablespoons rum (optional)

1. Process/Mix all ingredients except for the cranberry preserve until sugar has dissolved.
2. Add to ice cream maker and let churn for 20 minutes.
3. Transfer to bowl and lightly incorporate cranberry preserve.
4. Enjoy!
