Mediterranean pasta

  1. saute chopped garlic and chopped chilli in olive oil for 3 minutes
  2. Meanwhile bring vegetable stock to boil and add pasta.
  3. Add chopped red pepper and cook for a furthur 5 minutes.
  4. Add cubed haloumi and cherry tomatoes chopped in half.
  5. Cook for a furthur 5 minutes.
  6. Slice olives and add to veg for 3 minutes.
  7. Draun pasta and return to pan with olive oil and seasoning.
  8. Add veg and stir.
