Mediterranean pasta
- 2 clove garlic
- 1 red chilli
- 1/4 packages haloumi
- 12 cherry tomatoes
- 1/4 can black olives
- 10 tbsp olive oil
- 1 yellow pepper
- 1/4 packages penne pasta
- saute chopped garlic and chopped chilli in olive oil for 3 minutes
- Meanwhile bring vegetable stock to boil and add pasta.
- Add chopped red pepper and cook for a furthur 5 minutes.
- Add cubed haloumi and cherry tomatoes chopped in half.
- Cook for a furthur 5 minutes.
- Slice olives and add to veg for 3 minutes.
- Draun pasta and return to pan with olive oil and seasoning.
- Add veg and stir.
