Decadent White Hot Chocolate

• 1 12 cups milk
• 1 cup half-and-half
• 12 cup heavy cream
• 12 cup vanilla baking chips
• 1 cinnamon stick
• 18 teaspoon ground nutmeg
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 14 teaspoon almond extract

1. Heat all ingredients in a saucepan over medium hit, stirring constantly with whisk, until vanilla chips melt and heated to your liking.
2. Be careful not to scorch the milk!
3. Sprinkle with ground cinnamon (optional).
