Caramel Souffles

  1. Whip eggs until lemony coloured.
  2. Addd rest of ingredients one by one.
  3. MIx together sugar and walnuts.
  4. Pour batter into ramikins and inside a water bath.
  5. sprinkle with topping mixture.
  6. BAke at 350 for 20 min until set.
