Rock & Roll Pizza Roll

  1. Preheat the oven to 400F.
  2. Line a small baking sheet or dish with parchment.
  3. Place the tortilla on a cutting board or flat work surface.
  4. Spread the marinara sauce to the edges of the tortilla.
  5. Place the string cheese across one edge of the tortilla.
  6. Tuck in the sides of the tortilla over the cheese, and then roll it tightly, creating a log.
  7. Place the log on the prepared baking sheet and bake it until the cheese is completely melted, 12 to 15 minutes.
  8. Allow to cool for 2 minutes.
  9. Serve immediately.
