Spicy BBQ Canadian Bacon, Arugula & Tomato Flatbreads

  1. For each Flatbread: Spread 1 flatbread with 1/4 cup (50 mL) dressing; place on parchment paper-lined half sheet pan.
  2. Top with 1/2 cup (125 mL) onions, 1 cup (250 mL) cheese, 1/2 cup (125 mL) each bacon and tomatoes, and 2/3 cup (150 mL) arugula.
  3. Bake in 400F (200C) standard oven 10 min.
  4. or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  5. Top with 1/3 cup (75 mL) arugula and drizzle with 1 Tbsp.
  6. (15 mL) dressing.
  7. Cut into quarters.
