Spicy BBQ Canadian Bacon, Arugula & Tomato Flatbreads
- 6 each flatbreads (12x8-inch)
- 1-3/4 cups Pure Kraft Refrigerated Barbecue Ranch Dressing, divided
- 3 cups Thinly sliced red onions
- 1-1/2 qt. Kraft Habanero Heat Shredded Cheese
- 3 cups back bacon, cut into 1/4-inch strips
- 3 cups grape tomatoes, sliced
- 1-1/2 qt. baby arugula, divided
- For each Flatbread: Spread 1 flatbread with 1/4 cup (50 mL) dressing; place on parchment paper-lined half sheet pan.
- Top with 1/2 cup (125 mL) onions, 1 cup (250 mL) cheese, 1/2 cup (125 mL) each bacon and tomatoes, and 2/3 cup (150 mL) arugula.
- Bake in 400F (200C) standard oven 10 min.
- or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Top with 1/3 cup (75 mL) arugula and drizzle with 1 Tbsp.
- (15 mL) dressing.
- Cut into quarters.
