Fresh Peach Pitas
- 1 large thinly sliced fresh peaches or 2 small thinly sliced fresh california peaches
- 1 pita bread, piece
- 1 cup low fat cottage cheese or 1 cup nonfat cottage cheese
- 14 cup chopped fresh mint leaves
- 12 slices cucumbers (thin slices) or 12 slices red bell peppers (thin slices)
- Warm pita bread and cut them in half.
- Fill each with cottage cheese, mint, peaches and cucumber slices.
