Mexican Chef Salad Recipe

  1. Chop onion, tomatoes and lettuce.
  2. Toss with cheese, dressing and warm sauce.
  3. Add in crumbled tortilla chips and sliced avocado.
  4. NOTE - reserve some tomato, chips and avocado slices for decoration at end.
  5. In a skillet, brown beef; add in kidney beans and salt.
  6. Simmer 10 min.
  7. Add in beef and bean mix to cool salad and mix.
  8. Decorate top with reserved tomato, chips and avocado.
  9. Serve - pronto!
