Hashbrown casserole
- 1/2 lb cooked ground beef
- 2 cup sharp cheddar
- 1 1/2 lb frozen shredded hashbrown
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 black pepper
- 1/2 cup chopped vidalia onion
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup margarine
- Preheat oven to 350F
- Use non stick pan, spray with non stick spray if needed.
- Combine margarine, soup, salt, pepper, onions, and cheese.
- Mix well
- Pour potatoes into baking pan.
- Pour mixture on top of potatoes.
- Let set for 5 minutes.
- Sprinkle beef on top evenly.
- Baked uncovered for 35 minutes uncovered.
