Cheese 'n Beef Topped Potatoes

  1. Pierce potatoes with fork; place on paper towel in microwave.
  2. Microwave on HIGH (100% power) 7 minutes; turn potatoes over.
  3. Continue microwaving until fork tender (8 to 10 minutes).
  4. Cover; let stand 5 minutes.
  5. Meanwhile, combine all remaining ingredients in medium bowl.
  6. Split hot potatoes in half; top each with about 1/4 cup beef mixture.
  7. Microwave on HIGH (100% power) until cheese begins to melt (1 to 2 minutes).
