Foccaccia

  1. Let the dough rise for about 4 hours until double in size.
  2. Punch down and roll out to fit a shallow paking pan or pizza pan.
  3. The dough should be about 1 inch thick.
  4. Spread olive oil thinly on top.
  5. Salt and top with a season of your choice.
  6. You can also add sun-dried tomatoes, garlic, onions, or any other herbs.
  7. Bake at 375F (190C) for 25 to 30 minutes or until golden.
  8. Cut into squares and serve.
