Peanut Butter Squares
- 15 OREO Cookies, finely crushed (about 1-1/3 cups)
- 1/4 cup margarine or butter, melted
- 1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
- 3/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 2 Tbsp. milk
- 2 cups thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping
- Blend cookie crumbs and margarine until blended; press onto bottom of 8-inch square pan.
- Refrigerate until ready to use.
- Beat cream cheese and sugar in large bowl with mixer on high speed until light and fluffy.
- Add peanut butter and milk; mix well.
- Gently stir in COOL WHIP; spread over crust.
- Refrigerate 5 hours.
