Stir-fried Bean Sprouts, Garlic Chives, and Eggs with Chinese-style Sauce

  1. Wash the bean sprouts.
  2. Cut the garlic chives into bite-sizes.
  3. Prepare the ingredients for making Chinese-style gravy sauce.
  4. Heat one tablespoon of vegetable oil in a pan and fry the bean sprouts.
  5. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Transfer onto a plate and set aside.
  7. Heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil in the same pan and add the beaten eggs.
  8. Make scrambled eggs and transfer onto Step 2.
  9. Pour in the ingredients for the sauce into the same pan and simmer to thicken.
  10. Pour over the eggs.
