Dried Beef Cheese Ball Recipe

• 2 (8 ounce.) Packages cream cheese
• 2 Packages dry beef
• 1 sm. pkg. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
• 1/4 c. onions, minced fine
• 1/4 c. green pepper, minced fine
• 1 c. minced pecans
• 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
• 1/2 teaspoon salt

1. Mix all ingredients.
2. Reserve sufficient pecans to roll cheese ball in.
3. Form into 1 large ball.
4. Roll in pecans; cover with plastic wrap and chill before serving.
