Tarragon Chicken Salad
- 3/4 cup MIRACLE WHIP Light Dressing
- 1 tsp. dried tarragon leaves
- 12 oz. , cubed
- 4 cups red or green grapes, seedless
- 2 whole wheat pita bread rounds, cut in half
- 12 gingersnaps
- 32 fl oz (4 cups) fat-free milk
- Mix dressing and tarragon in large bowl.
- Add chicken and grapes; mix lightly.
- Refrigerate several hours or until chilled.
- Divide into 4 equal portions and serve with (or in) pita halves.
- Complement meal with 3 cookies per person for dessert.
- Serve meal with an 8 fl oz glass of milk per person.
