House Panzanella Salad

  1. Heat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Mince 1 garlic clove; combine with 2 Tbsp.
  3. dressing in medium bowl.
  4. Add bread cubes; toss to coat.
  5. Place in single layer on baking sheet.
  6. Bake 12 to 15 min.
  7. or until golden brown on both sides, turning every 4 min.
  8. Cool.
  9. Cut remaining garlic clove in half; rub cut sides of garlic inside surface of salad bowl.
  10. Add croutons, remaining dressing, tomatoes, cucumbers, basil and lemon juice to bowl; mix lightly.
