Bavarian Kielbasa With Noodles

  1. Cook noodles according to package directions; drain. Meanwhile, in a 10-inch skillet over medium heat, cook kielbasa and onion until browned, stirring often.
  2. Spoon off fat.
  3. Add soup; stir until smooth.
  4. Gradually stir in milk.
  5. Add beans and pepper.
  6. Heat to boiling.
  7. Reduce heat to low.
  8. Cover; cook 5 minutes or until beans are tender, stirring occasionally.
  9. Stir cooked noodles into skillet.
  10. Heat 2 minutes, stirring often. Serve with mustard, if desired (spicy brown mustard or French mustard).
  11. Makes 4 servings.
