Cafe Correcto ? Espresso with a Pop

• 1 shot espresso
• 1 teaspoon sugar
• 1 tablespoon grappa
• Whipped cream, for topping

1. Make espresso to the machine manufacture's recommendation.
2. Put 1 teaspoon sugar in the bottom of an espresso cup and top with hot espresso.
3. Top with 1 tablespoon grappa.
4. Top with a little whipped cream and serve immediately.
