Chicken Stir Fry Recipe

  1. Put oil, chicken breast (cut in bite size chunks) in large cast iron skillet.
  2. Sear meat at a high temperature.
  3. Mince garlic and cut up onion and place them in pan next.
  4. Simmer at medium heat 10 min.
  5. Next put soy sauce and remaining vegetables in; simmer 10 min.
  6. Next put sugar and 1/4 c. water.
  7. Take mix off heat for 2 min.
  8. Add in flour and 1/4 c. water mix.
  9. Place on heat for additional 5 min.
  10. Salt and pepper to taste; add in more soy sauce to taste.
  11. Serve over rice.
  12. Serves 6.
