Cold Peanut Noodles

  1. Cook ramen noodles or regular spaghetti according to package instructions then drain and rinse.
  2. Toss noodles with sesame oil, peanut butter, black pepper and red chili oil.
  3. Add the previously cooked shrimp and all of the vegetables, toss.
  4. Chill for about an hour before serving.
  5. Serves 2.
