Cold Peanut Noodles
- 2 cups Ramen Noodles Or Spaghetti
- 2 teaspoons Sesame Oil
- 1 Tablespoon Peanut Butter
- 1/4 teaspoons Ground Black Pepper
- 1/2 teaspoons Red Chili Oil
- 1 cup Shrimp, Cooked And Cooled
- 1/4 cups Red Pepper Chopped
- 1/4 cups Green Peas
- 1/4 cups Mushrooms, Chopped Or Sliced
- 2 Tablespoons Onion, Chopped Fine
- 1/4 cups Carrots, Chopped Fine
- 1/4 cups Cucumber, Chopped Small
- Cook ramen noodles or regular spaghetti according to package instructions then drain and rinse.
- Toss noodles with sesame oil, peanut butter, black pepper and red chili oil.
- Add the previously cooked shrimp and all of the vegetables, toss.
- Chill for about an hour before serving.
- Serves 2.
