Campbell's Orange Dijon Chicken Saltimbocca Recipe

  1. CUT lengthwise pocket in each chicken breast.
  2. Stuff each with 1 slice prosciutto and 1 slice cheese.
  3. HEAT oil in skillet.
  4. Add in chicken and cook till browned.
  5. Add in soup, orange juice and sage.
  6. Heat to a boil.
  7. Cover and cook over low heat for 5 minutes.
  8. or possibly till done.
  9. Add in Mandarin orange segments.
  10. Heat through.

  12. Cook Time: 20 minutes.
