Chicken Tinga Fajitas

  1. Heat 2 Tbsp.
  2. of the dressing in large skillet.
  3. Add onions; cook 5 min.
  4. or until tender.
  5. Transfer to medium bowl.
  6. Heat 1 Tbsp.
  7. of the remaining dressing in same skillet.
  8. Add half of the chicken; cook and stir 4 to 5 min.
  9. or until browned.
  10. Transfer to bowl with onions.
  11. Repeat with remaining 1 Tbsp.
  12. dressing and remaining chicken.
  13. Return onions and chicken to skillet.
  14. Add tomatoes and chipotle pepper to skillet.
  15. Bring to boil; simmer 8 to 10 min.
  16. or until chicken is cooked through and most of the liquid is evaporated.
  17. Serve with tortillas; top with sour cream.
