Dried Apricot Pumpkin Bread Recipe
- 1 1/2 c. canned pumpkin puree
- 1 c. oil
- 2 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 3/4 teaspoon grnd nutmeg
- 1 (4 3/4 ounce.) pkg. vanilla pudding & pie filling mix
- 1 c. sugar
- 3 lg. Large eggs
- 1 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 3/4 teaspoon grnd cinnamon
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 c. minced dry apricots
- 1 1/2 c. minced walnuts
- Use butter for greasing loaf pans.
