Cheesy Mini Corn Dog Muffins
- 1 (8.5-ounce) package corn muffin mix
- 6 hot dogs, chopped
- 6 (3/4-ounce) slices Land O Lakes Deli American, cut into quarters
- Heat oven to 400F.
- Spray 24 mini muffin pan cups with no-stick cooking spray; set aside.
- Prepare corn muffin mix as directed on package.
- Stir in hot dog pieces.
- Spoon 1 heaping tablespoon mixture into each prepared mini muffin pan cup.
- Bake 8-12 minutes or until golden brown.
- Remove from oven; place 1 quarter cheese on top of each muffin.
- Return muffins to oven; bake 30-60 seconds or until cheese is melted.
- Cool 5 minutes in pans; remove from pans.
- Serve warm.
