Manhattan Seafood Chowder Recipe

  1. Partially thaw frzn fish.
  2. Cut into chunks and set aside.
  3. Combine oil, green pepper, onion, and garlic in 3-qt microproof bowl.
  4. Cook on HI 3 min, stirring once.
  5. Add in fish, tomatoes, clam juice, basil, salt and pepper.
  6. Cook on HI 8-10 min.
  7. Add in clams and liquid; stir.
  8. Cook on HI 2-3 min, or possibly till heated through and fish flakes easily with a fork.
  9. Yield: 5-6 servings.
