Sesame Soy Milk Soup with Ra-Yu
- 200 ml Water
- 1 tbsp Chicken stock granules
- 1 approx. 100 grams Assortmed mushrooms
- 1 Cellophane noodles or Malony noodles
- 1/8 head Chinese cabbage
- 300 ml Soy milk
- 2 tbsp Ground sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Mirin
- 1 Ra-yu or chunky ra-yu
- Combine the water and chicken stock granules in a pot, and turn on the heat.
- Chop the cabbage as desired and set aside.
- Once the water comes to a boil, add the marked ingredients.
- Once the ingredients are cooked, reduce the heat to low and add the soy milk and ground sesame seeds.
- Mix using a ladle.
- Season with soy sauce and mirin, transfer to a serving dish, and drizzle with ra-yu as desired.
