Sesame Soy Milk Soup with Ra-Yu

  1. Combine the water and chicken stock granules in a pot, and turn on the heat.
  2. Chop the cabbage as desired and set aside.
  3. Once the water comes to a boil, add the marked ingredients.
  4. Once the ingredients are cooked, reduce the heat to low and add the soy milk and ground sesame seeds.
  5. Mix using a ladle.
  6. Season with soy sauce and mirin, transfer to a serving dish, and drizzle with ra-yu as desired.
