West Indian Bay Sauce

• 1 onion, finely chopped
• 12 hot pepper, finely minced
• 2 limes, juice of
• 14 cup butter
• 1 cup boiling water
• salt & pepper

1. Combine above ingredients & pour over hot, cooked, vegetables.
