Zucchini Chips with Tangy Aioli
- 1 zucchini
- 2 Tbsp. Kraft Creamy Caesar Dressing
- 1/4 cup Kraft 100% Parmesan Aged Grated Cheese
- 2 Tbsp. dry bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup Miracle Whip made with Olive Oil Spread*
- 1/2 tsp. minced garlic
- 1 tsp. lemon zest
- Heat oven to 400 degrees F.
- Trim and discard ends from zucchini.
- Cut zucchini into 36 thin slices; place in medium bowl.
- Add Caesar dressing; toss to evenly coat zucchini.
- Cover baking sheet with parchment.
- Mix cheese and bread crumbs in shallow dish.
- Dip zucchini slices, 1 at a time, in cheese mixture, turning to evenly coat both sides of each slice.
- Place in single layer on prepared baking sheet; press cheese mixture into zucchini to secure.
- Bake 25 to 30 min.
- or until zucchini is crisp and golden brown, turning after 15 min.
- Meanwhile, mix remaining ingredients until blended.
- Serve zucchini chips with Miracle Whip mixture.
