Zucchini Chips with Tangy Aioli

  1. Heat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Trim and discard ends from zucchini.
  3. Cut zucchini into 36 thin slices; place in medium bowl.
  4. Add Caesar dressing; toss to evenly coat zucchini.
  5. Cover baking sheet with parchment.
  6. Mix cheese and bread crumbs in shallow dish.
  7. Dip zucchini slices, 1 at a time, in cheese mixture, turning to evenly coat both sides of each slice.
  8. Place in single layer on prepared baking sheet; press cheese mixture into zucchini to secure.
  9. Bake 25 to 30 min.
  10. or until zucchini is crisp and golden brown, turning after 15 min.
  11. Meanwhile, mix remaining ingredients until blended.
  12. Serve zucchini chips with Miracle Whip mixture.
