Toasted Pecan Ice Cream Sauce
- 1 cup light corn syrup
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup Land O Lakes Butter
- 1 Land O Lakes Egg, slightly beaten
- 1 tablespoon vanilla
- 1 cup pecan halves, toasted
- Combine all ingredients except pecans in 2-quart saucepan.
- Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, 6-8 minutes or until mixture comes to a full boil.
- Stir in pecans, just before serving.
- Serve warm or cool over ice cream or cake.
