Holiday Fruit and Nut Mold

  1. Stir boiling water into dry gelatin in large bowl at least 2 min.
  2. until completely dissolved.
  3. Stir in cold ginger ale and spices.
  4. Refrigerate about 1-1/2 hours or until thickened (spoon drawn through leaves a definite impression).
  5. Stir in fruits and pecans.
  6. Spoon into 5-cup mold sprayed with cooking spray.
  7. Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm.
  8. Unmold onto serving plate.
  9. Garnish as desired.
  10. Store leftover gelatin in refrigerator.
