Banana-Coconut Lassis

  1. In a blender, puree the yogurt with the bananas and coconut milk until smooth.
  2. Add the ice cubes, 1/2 cup at a time, and blend until smooth.
  3. Pour the lassis into tall glasses and serve right away.

nonfat plain, very ripe bananas, light coconut milk
