Picante Omelet Pie
- 1/2 cup picante sauce
- 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 6 eggs
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 tomato slices and chopped fresh cilantro or parsley optional
- Pour the picante sauce into a lightly grease 10 inch pie plate or quiche dish.
- Sprinkle with cheese set aside.
- In a blender or food processor processor eggs and sour cream until smooth pour over cheese
- bake at 375 for 20 to 25 minutes or until knife inserted near the center comes out clean
- let it stand for 5 minutes before cutting garnish with tomato and Sandra with desired.
