Mousse Tart

  1. DO CRUST.
  2. Combine crushed Grahams and melted butter in a mixing bowl.
  3. Spread and press mixture on bottom of tart mold.
  4. Freeze for 10 minutes.
  5. MELT chocolate pieces in saucepan over low heat.
  6. Use 1/3 of melted chocolate and brush it on to crust.
  7. Chill for 10 minutes.
  8. Pop out the tart from the mold.
  9. DO MOUSSE.
  10. Whip all-purpose cream in a bowl until stiff.
  11. Mix remaining 2/3 melted chocolate into whipped cream.
  12. SPOON 1/2 teaspoon of whipped cream and chocolate mixture into each tartlet.
  13. Chill and serve.
