Paneer Burji
- 1 medium onion, cut length wise
- 2 medium tomatoes, cut in cubes
- 1 bell pepper, big cut 1 1/2 inch length wise (Capscium)
- 1 teaspoon heap ginger-garlic paste
- 1 teaspoon heap chili powder
- 14 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 12 teaspoon chicken garam masala powder or 12 teaspoon garam masala powder
- 12 teaspoon cumin seed
- 12 teaspoon fennel seed
- 3 tablespoons sunflower oil
- 1 12 cups water
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon coriander leaves
- 200 g cottage cheese, it can be grated mashed unevenly
- Do tampering by add oil in a pan, put cumin and fennel.
- Add onion saute.
- Add tomatos.
- Chili powder turmeric and ginger garlic paste.
- Saute till tomato become soft.
- Add capsicum and saute 2 miniites and add little 1 cup of water.
- When it starts boiling add cottage paneer, salt and chicken masala powder or garam masala powder.
- pour the remaining water.
- close lid and cook for 5 minites.
- sprinlke coriander leaves and eat as a side dish for roti, rice, bread, idly or dosa.
