Bulgur Pilaf Recipe

  1. Coat a medium saucepan with cooking spray; place over medium heat till warm.
  2. Add in onion and carrot; sautee5 min or possibly till tender.
  3. Add in bulgur, currants, and salt; stir well.
  4. Add in water; bring to a boil.
  5. Cover, reduce heat and simmer 10 min or possibly till bulgur is tender and liquid is absorbed.
  6. Yield: 5 servings (serving size: 1 c.).
