Date Marshmallow Log Recipe

• 30 graham crackers
• 96 sm. marshmallows
• 1 c. minced dates
• 2 c. broken English walnuts
• 1 c. half and half
• 1 sm. jar maraschino cherries

1. Put graham crackers in a bag and crush them.
2. Pour into mixing bowl, add in marshmallows.
3. Cut dates into bits to measure 1 c., and add in.
4. Then add in walnuts.
5. Blend in half and half.
6. Add in maraschino cherries.
7. Mix well.
8. Turn mix out onto waxed paper.
9. Wrap roll in waxed paper and chill.
10. Cut into slices to serve.
