Spaghetti Sauce - Low Salt

  1. Saute onion in olive oil.
  2. Add ground beef and cook till done.
  3. Drain oil and water off.
  4. Add rest of ingredients and simmer 20-30 minutes.
  5. Serve with whole wheat pasta for a quick, healthy meal!
  6. * The nutrition info is way off on this.
  7. I use Flavorite (winco brand) tomato paste which is only 100 mg sodium for a whole can.
  8. Be sure to check labels!
