Cran Salsa
- 12 ounces cranberries (Fresh or Frozen)
- 1 granny smith apple
- 12 cup red pepper
- 14 cup red onion
- 34 cup sugar
- 13 cup apple juice
- 3 tablespoons fresh cilantro
- 2 tablespoons pickled jalapeno peppers
- 1 lime, juice of
- Chop all the fruits, veggies and herbs in food processor in batches (Cranberries, then pepper and cilantro, then onion and Jalapeno).
- Pour into bowl add the juice of lime, apple juice and sugar.
- let sit for about a half an hour to get all the flavors well blended.
- Serve w/ Tortilla Chips.
