Quick Breakfast Rice
- 12 cup cooked brown rice
- 12 cup applesauce or 12 cup apple butter
- 1 tablespoon margarine or 1 tablespoon butter
- cinnamon or pumpkin pie spice or cardamom
- raisins (optional) or chopped apple (optional)
- Put everything in a small pot and stir and cook on medium low heat until heated through and creamy.
- Add optional fruit and enjoy.
