Baked Cornish Hens With Lemon Sauce Recipe

• 4 x Cornish hens
• 1/2 c. Butter
• 2 Tbsp. Lemon juice
• 1 tsp Rosemary
• 2 x Cloves garlic, pressed

1. Rub hens with butter.
2. Combine other ingredients and use to baste hens.
3. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour, basting with lemon mix every 10 min.
4. If serving with rice, spoon remaining lemon mix over rice.
5. Serves 4
