BBQ Beef Pasta Salad
- 1-1/2 gal. rotelle pasta, cooked, drained and chilled
- 3 qt. roast beef, cut into julienne strips
- 1 qt. green peppers, cut into strips
- 1 qt. red peppers, cut into strips
- 1 qt. frozen corn, thawed
- 1-1/4 qt. KRAFT Ranch Dressing (FS)
- 1-1/2 cups BULL'S-EYE Original Barbecue Sauce
- 2 cups green onions, sliced
- 3/4 cup cilantro, chopped
- 4 cloves garlic cloves, minced
- Mix pasta, meat, peppers and corn in large bowl.
- Combine remaining ingredients.
- Add to pasta mixture; toss to coat.
- Cover.
- Refrigerate 2 hours or until chilled.
